Privacy Policy
At Audixa AI ("we," "us," or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website and services.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Your name, email address, account identifier, authentication records, and information returned by Google or Discord when you use those sign-in options.
- Billing Information: Your plan, balances, payment status, transaction history, and billing details. Card and payment credentials are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Audixa.
- Content and Voice Data: Text submitted for generation, generated audio, generation settings and metadata, support attachments, and audio samples or models you provide for custom voices.
- Usage and Device Data: API and product activity, voices and models used, page views, feature interactions, approximate location derived from IP address, browser/device information, referrer, and diagnostic or fraud-prevention records.
- Support Data: Messages sent to support and the account information needed to answer them, including your name, email address, account identifier, and plan.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support messages.
- To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services.
- To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraudulent activity.
- To measure conversions and understand which product and marketing experiences are useful.
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we process data as needed to perform the service contract, comply with legal obligations, protect the service and our legitimate interests in security and product operation, or based on your consent for optional analytics and advertising. You may withdraw optional-tracking consent at any time using the controls below.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with:
- Infrastructure and Storage Providers: Vendors that host the application, databases, generated audio, custom voice files, and content delivery systems, including configured Cloudflare-compatible object storage.
- AI and Voice Inference Providers: Generation text, voice selections, uploaded voice material, scripts, and resulting audio may be processed by the configured model and inference providers needed to deliver the feature. These can include OpenRouter or Google AI Studio for AI-assisted scripting and separately deployed TTS inference infrastructure.
- Dodo Payments: To process subscriptions and top-up purchases, manage billing, and prevent payment fraud.
- OpenPanel: To measure website and product usage. Dashboard analytics use your Audixa account identifier; we do not send your name or email in the OpenPanel identify call.
- Google: For optional Google Ads conversion measurement, Google sign-in when you choose it, and AI-assisted processing when Google AI Studio is the configured inference provider.
- Chatwoot Support: To provide customer support. When secure identity verification is available, Chatwoot receives your account identifier, verification hash, name, email address, and plan; payment customer IDs and account balances are not sent.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: To protect public forms from automated abuse when a security challenge is shown.
- Discord: For authentication when you choose Discord sign-in; for internal, data-minimized operational event notifications using account IDs and event metadata; and to deliver contact-form submissions to the Audixa team. A contact submission includes the name, email, subject, and message you enter. Chatwoot support-event metadata may also be relayed to an internal Discord channel, but the relay does not duplicate the message body or sender name.
- Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Some providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use the provider's applicable contractual and transfer mechanisms and limit the data shared to what is needed for the stated purpose.
4. Analytics, Advertising, and Local Storage
We use OpenPanel for website and product analytics and Google Ads for conversion measurement only after you allow optional tracking. Public-site analytics may use browser or session identifiers. In the authenticated dashboard, OpenPanel is linked to your Audixa account identifier so that we can understand activation and feature usage across sessions. Google and these services may use cookies or similar browser storage according to their own policies.
Optional tracking is off until you make a choice. Audixa also treats an enabled browser Global Privacy Control signal as a denial of optional tracking. You can withdraw or change your stored choice below; disabling optional tracking reloads the page so already loaded tracking code stops running.
When you allow optional tracking on a search landing page, Audixa may set a signed, HttpOnly first-party attribution cookie for up to seven days. It contains only the landing-page ID, category ID, content-release ID, and server timestamp—no name, email, search text, or page content. We use it to measure whether an attributed new account completes a paid-token generation within seven days. Denying or withdrawing optional tracking clears this cookie.
Optional tracking preference
Checking your current preference…
Audixa also uses necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, theme preferences, workspace preferences, cached interface data, and short-lived conversion intent. You can clear or block browser storage in your browser settings, although blocking necessary storage may prevent parts of the Service from working.
5. Retention and Account Deactivation
Generation history, including text, settings, output links, billing amounts, and related metadata, is stored automatically in your account. Audio-file retention may be shorter than generation-history metadata retention. Custom voice samples and other uploaded files are retained while needed to provide those features. Retention varies by category: active-service content is kept while needed for the feature; security logs and fraud records are kept while reasonably needed to protect the service; and billing or transaction records may be kept for statutory, tax, dispute, and reconciliation periods.
Using “Deactivate Account” blocks future access and removes user-uploaded files from active storage where the deletion succeeds. We retain limited account, billing, transaction, security, and analytics records where needed for reconciliation, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and administrative recovery. Contact us if you want to request deletion of retained personal data; some records may need to be kept where permitted or required by law.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of, object to, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may withdraw optional-tracking consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You can manage account settings in the dashboard or contact us for assistance. You may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 or a higher minimum age required by local law. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian review and agree to the Terms on their behalf. If you believe a child provided personal data without the required permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
