Text-to-Speech (TTS) API, voice cloning features, and website.
By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
a. When You Register: We collect personal data when you sign up via:
- Google OAuth: Email address, display name, and Google ID
- Discord OAuth: Email address, username, and Discord ID
- Email/Password: Email address and a securely hashed password
b. When You Use the API: We may collect:
- Request metadata (timestamps, usage logs, user ID)
- IP address for security and abuse prevention
- Temporary text or audio used for generating TTS output
- Generated audio files and the text used to produce them (stored for a maximum of 7 days)
c. Voice Data for Cloning:
- Instant Voice Cloning: Uploaded audio is encrypted during processing and permanently deleted
immediately after the single-use operation finishes.
- Custom Voice Profiles: Audio files and voice embeddings are stored in encrypted S3 buckets
and deleted automatically when the user removes the custom voice or stops using the feature.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Authenticate and manage user accounts
- Provide Text-to-Speech generation, voice cloning, and related services
- Monitor usage, prevent abuse, and enforce fair-use limits
- Improve model performance using anonymized and aggregated usage statistics
- Provide customer support and account communication
4. Analytics & Tracking Tools
We use the following analytics tools to understand user behavior and improve our services:
- PostHog: Used for product analytics, feature usage insights, and event tracking. Data
collected may include page views, button clicks, and anonymized usage statistics.
- Google Analytics: Used to analyze website traffic patterns. Google Analytics may collect
anonymized device data, browser information, IP address (anonymized), and interaction data.
These tools may use cookies or similar tracking technologies. You can disable analytics cookies through your
browser settings.
5. Open-Source Models & Infrastructure
Our TTS and voice cloning features run using open-source AI models deployed on our private cloud infrastructure.
No external AI provider receives or processes your audio, text, or personal data.
6. Data Storage & Security
- All sensitive data, including voice data and OAuth identifiers, is encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard secure hashing algorithms.
- Generated audio files and the text associated with them are kept for no longer than 7 days
unless the user triggers deletion sooner.
- Temporary TTS inputs are removed immediately after processing unless required for debugging.
- Custom voice data is stored in encrypted S3 buckets and deleted when the user stops using it.
7. Sharing Your Data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.
Data may only be shared:
- To comply with legal obligations
- To securely process payments
- To maintain platform security and prevent misuse
8. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential session cookies for authentication and preferences.
We also use analytics cookies via PostHog and Google Analytics.
No advertising or third-party marketing cookies are used.
9. Data Retention
- Generated audio and input text for TTS requests are stored for up to 7 days for quality
review, debugging, and user history.
- Instant clone voice recordings are deleted immediately after processing.
- Custom voice audio files remain until the user deletes the voice or stops using the feature.
- Account-related data is retained as required by law.
10. Your Rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at
support@audixa.ai.
All deletion requests are processed within 72 hours.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
Users will be notified of significant updates via email or dashboard alerts.
