Audixa uses a dual wallet system: your Monthly Balance is included with your plan and resets each billing cycle. Your Topup Balance is purchased separately and never expires. Costs are deducted from monthly balance first.
When your combined balance (monthly + topup) is depleted, generation requests will fail. You can either wait for your monthly balance to reset on your billing date, or purchase additional topup balance ($10-$1000).
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately. Monthly balance resets to the new plan's amount, but your topup balance is always retained.
Tokens are based on text length. Approximately 1 character ≈ 1 token, or 100 words ≈ 500-600 tokens. Our pricing is shown per 1 million tokens for each model tier.
Upload a clean audio sample (30+ seconds recommended) and our AI will create a custom voice matching your sample. Cloned voices can be used just like our built-in voices via the dashboard or API.
